GOOD GRiEF 2025 RECAP

Reflecting on 2025 and truly in awe of what this community has accomplished. What started as an idea rooted in movement, connection, and grief has grown into something far bigger than we could have imagined.

Here are just a few highlights from this year:

• Hosted our first-ever shakeout run with Fleet Feet Austin and ASICS, plus a cheer zone with On for the Austin Marathon - and even spotted the GG logo at the ASICS Expo booth.

• Announced our official partnership with ASICS, a true dream brand.

• Shared the origins of Good Grief at Tiny Talks ATX and were featured in outlets like Women’s Health, Runner’s World, Austin Fit, The Echoes Project, and Keep Finding Good.

• Celebrated our one-year anniversary with this incredible community.

• Launched Good Grief Running in Washington, D.C. alongside Jack Wright and the amazing DC Pacer crew.

• Hosted countless events - Barton Springs runs, track days, pacer nights, holiday parties, shopping nights, rooftop pool hangs, and more.

• Sent GG teams to Zilker Relays, HTCRelay, CIM, Cherry Blossom, and more - cheering on PRs all around the world.

• Partnered with countless brands who continue to support and uplift our mission.

• Collaborated with incredibly talented creatives to help tell the stories of Good Grief and our members.

• Most importantly, met so many inspiring humans and continued spreading our mission of helping people find the good in grief.

To everyone who has been part of this community in any way - whether you showed up to a run, shared a story, brought a friend, or simply followed along - thank you.

We can’t wait to see where 2026 takes us.
